We hope you love the items you ordered, but in the event that you wish to return an item, we have a hassle-free 30 days returns policy in place. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, with original labels intact. Please make sure the returned items are in the same condition you received them in.
Please complete the returns form that you received with your order and enclose it within the return parcel along with the order invoice. If you do not have a returns form within your parcel, please email: info@modamistress.com
Ensure the item is unworn, free from make-up marks and perfume smell / strong odours. Refunds will not be given on items deemed unfit for resale.
REFUNDS
Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send an email confirming we have received your return and we will notify you that your refund has been issued. We aim to process all refunds within 2-3 working days from receipt of your return.
Late / missing refunds:
In the unlikely event that you have not received your refund within 5 working days after receipt of your return, then please contact us on info@modamistress.com and we will be happy to help resolve this for you.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges. You can return your item/s to us for a full refund and place a new order on our website for your new chosen item.

Customers are responsible for paying any return postage costs. We recommend returning using a tracked service and remember to keep your return postage receipt. In the event that we do not receive your return, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
RETURNING AN INCORRECTELY SHIPPED OR FAULTY ITEM
When you order with us, we always check your order on multiple occasions before posting it out. Therefore, if we are doing our job correctly you should happily receive just what you’ve ordered.
